New Abstract painting " Forest Rain"The rainforest has had a profound influence on the creation of this artwork.
Growing up in Far North Queensland, Australia, I was constantly surrounded by the lush, tropical rainforests that blanketed the region. I spent countless hours exploring these forests, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of the trees, plants, and animals. As I worked on this piece, I wanted to capture the sense of awe and wonder that I always felt when I was in the rainforest. I incorporated elements that reminded me of the forest, including the texture of tree bark, the vibrant blue and green tones of plants, moss, and lichens. I also tried to evoke the sense of rejuvenation and renewal that I always felt after a heavy rain, as the forest came to life with new growth and activity. In many ways, this piece is a tribute to the rainforest and all the beauty and inspiration it has brought into my life. I hope that it will bring a similar sense of wonder and appreciation to those who view it.
